EQUIPMENT

Injection System The lab is equipped with a simple pure shear apparatus, built in Uppsala at the Hans Ramberg Tectonic Lab, and a complex pure/simple shear apparatus designed and built in Florence by the lab staff. This apparatus is also equipped with a magma injection system (view photo on the left).
Centrifuge

The lab is also equipped with:
